What begins as a journey south… turns into an ambush no one saw coming.
On the road out of Zolara, the party presses on with a new face in tow—Gideon Forge, a warden with more questions than answers about the company he's keeping. The peace doesn't last long. Familiar faces emerge from the trees with old scores to settle, turning a tense standoff into a fight for survival against an enemy who knows exactly where it hurts.
Swoop, the bold Aarakocra sorcerer; Poppy, the witty Elf bard; Nico, the Dragonborn fighter; Brynn, the clever halfling ranger/monk; and Gideon, the paladin must prove themselves as a unit fast, facing down a blade from Nico's past and the mercenaries sent to finish what started long before. Sometimes the road home is paved with unfinished business.
